A collection of short, mostly autobiographical essays, Naked Beneath My Clothes serves up more than the the stand-up material for which Rita Rudner is so deservedly admired. Topics range from pregnancy and going through a tax audit to marriage proposals. Rudner’s keen powers of observation coupled with her refreshing brand of humor make this a truly enjoyable audio experience. (I still like watching her live, though!)
