The Spirit of Elvis Lives in Vegas

The party included bingo with Elvis-related kitsch for prizes, a silent auction of Elvis memorabilia with impressive pedigrees, karaoke singing by some damn good Elvis impersonators, and trivia I had no hope of answering. But most of all, it was a chance for people to talk about their fond memories or recent discovery of an entertainer who lives on in spirit, if not in body. Continue reading »

Love, Marriage and King Tut

Brian Mills has escorted countless women to the altar on their wedding day. He doesn’t typically walk them down the aisle; he’s not their daddy. He’s much more likely to drive them through the chapel doors in a pink Cadillac. Brian works at Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel, home to Las Vegas’ famous themed wedding ceremonies.
