Female Attorneys Unite in Vegas

Most of my time is spent in the pursuit of truth, justice and the jurisprudential way. In other words, I am a lawyer. As such, I do lawyerly things, I also have a keen avocation for researching vintage homes. Much to my delight, every now and again, these two aspects of my life intersect. “Las Vegas lawyer” may conjure up visions of shady mob lawyers or perhaps images of TV ads for DUI fixes and tax relief. Lawyers! Who needs 'em? The truth is, just about everybody -- at one time or another, like it or not. But until 10 years ago, there wasn't a single law school in the entire state of Nevada. Now the William S. Boyd School of Law is celebrating its 10th anniversary, showcasing its offerings and reaching out into the community through a yearlong series of events on the UNLV campus.
