Vegas is no poster child for recycling. One reason there aren’t lot of historic buildings here is because any structure with the slightest patina of age gets imploded. With that throwaway attitude, you wouldn’t think there would be a lot of stores in town where secondhand clothing and furniture get a chance to be new to someone else.
