I found this place after a great lunch at the Bagel Cafe on Buffalo. It’s at 7520 Westcliff Drive. My hair loves these guys. After a dunk and cut, I look ready to run for office . . . as a Republican. My head starts to look grown-up and my brain feels intellectual. Ricky and Noel keep the chatter light and constant.
