That’s one tall tower. I have a feeling I’ve seen it. But where? I have no idea.
Well, there’s an All American Park at Buffalo at Oakey, and just to its east there is a tower, so I’d say the photo was taken from S Tioga Rd looking northward at the cross street Del Rey Ave.
