This puzzle counts as being on the edge of town. But several thousand cars and trucks pass by this every month. I don’t entirely know what this is doing here… So, maybe you can tell me?

1. Where is this?
2. When was it built?
3. What purpose does this building serve?

This building is at Lamb and 215. In so much that it is right near Nellis and one of its’ anti aircraft firing ranges, I am going with an ammo dump.
Maybe someone can run with that ‘info’?
Whoa! This one is totally baffling to me! Looks kind of church-y, but I have a feeling it isn’t.
Troy,
So very cool to see you back here! Have you been out of town?
Yes, it is at Lamb and the I-215, but it’s not anything that is directly related to Nellis AFB.

Actually, jumping in here….
Can you confirm that this is on “…one of its’ anti aircraft firing ranges…”? Really? This close to town? this is practically in city limits….
Mark
It is 600 meters from the south part of the range. 36°17’32.41″N 115° 4’52.04″W
What is interesting is there is an underground part and what appears to be a mini power station grid thingy.
Thank you. I have been going to school at 8am then straight to work where I am off at midnight or later. Not much time for anything. This week is summer break.
Is this more flight school or have you shifted your focus?
Yep, that’s about as accurate a location as anyone’s ever posted here. Like I wrote in the intro to the puzzle…. I don’t know what this is. I assumed it could be a NDOT facility — but the underground part is very intriguing….

I am at Le Cordon Bleu / pastry now.
Troy,
That’s very cool — A pastry chef!
Probably safer than flying helicopters….
Mark
Hahaha. Yeah. A little. 🙂
