One of our favorite holiday memories takes us back to a surprise Thanksgiving adventure at a Brazilian steakhouse in Long Beach, California. We stumbled upon it near an LA Metro station and were instantly enchanted by its warm hospitality and incredible food. Fast forward to today, and Las Vegas food lovers are spoiled with not just one but several Brazilian steakhouses—among them, Galpão Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse, a standout destination for a memorable dining experience.

Located in the heart of Las Vegas, Galpão Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse first opened its doors in Napa Valley in 2016 before bringing its unique flavors to Las Vegas in October 2020. This holiday season, they’re rolling out their signature rodízio dining experience—a feast that’s perfect for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or New Year’s Day.
